I was disappointed with this product because I felt that it didn't meet the product description. I expected a handmade item, as advertised, but it's a screen printed design on a polyester tree skirt. It's cute! But not what I expected. This is partially my fault for not reading the product material, but it wasn't as expected. Still, the shop owner was very responsive to my concern. She readily responded and refunded my payment. Additionally, she provided me with a prepaid shipping label to use to easily mail the tree skirt back to her. She also explained that per Etsy's policy, since she designed to screen print, it's considered handmade. While I didn't enjoy the item, I thought her customer service was great.
