Why this review appears

All reviews are from verified buyers. This review is shown automatically based on factors like recency, whether it includes comments, your chosen language, and whether the rating reflects the typical experience with the shop.

“It’s an all around perfect invitation. Only downside is it’s not simple to make. Uploaded photo doesn’t get shrunk down and adjusted automatically. You have to play around manually and change the photo resolution through a software to somehow make it to your desire. Time consuming and computer skills needed to achieve a perfect invitation. That’s why 4/5 stars.”

Response from Blue Bunny Paper

Hi, we checked your order and it looks like you have managed to edit and download the template sucessfully the same day you made the purchase. We can also see that you have edited and downloaded the invite a few more times days later which makes us confident that you have no problem navigating the editing program. When we noticed you'd left us a 1 star review without any comment, we tried to reach out to you and asked if we could offer you any assistance in any way as you had never contacted us to report any problem with your order. Unfortunately you never responded. Please contact us if you have any issue with your order in any way, we'd be more than happy to assist. Have a good day!
