Why does my order still say it's in pre-transit? It doesn't look like it's moving.

Etsy orders are expected to have a tracking number for proof of shipment. I ship my domestic orders using labels I purchase directly from Etsy, and they use a service provider called Pitney Bowes which provides me with a tracking number. This number isn't recorded, managed, or scanned by USPS because my sticker orders are primarily shipped in an envelope rather than an actual trackable package. The tracking number is there for proof that your item was shipped, and proof of delivery. This means that sometimes USPS doesn't scan the envelope, and you may not see any movement until it's marked as delivered. I'm sorry for any inconvenience that poses. Your item gets shipped the same day I mark it as shipped.

How and where are Sleepy Unicorn Studio stickers made?

With the exception of a few designs which were produced by a printing partner in the early days of my shop, my stickers are printed, laminated, and cut in my home office located in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. Stickers are sold as "Water Resistant", which means that you can gently hand wash them, but they weren't created for long term exposure to moisture. Like many home sticker makers, I use an Inkjet printer, Waterproof Printable Vinyl, and Laminate to produce Water Resistant stickers - assuring that the sticker itself holds up well to water, and the water soluble ink is protected by the laminate. I use semi-professional equipment to produce gorgeously vibrant vinyl stickers for your laptops, water bottles, notebooks, etc.

Most sticker orders are shipped in a thick kraft envelope paired with a Thank You card. Your stickers will be encased in cellophane with a backer for extra protection.

1. Choose a smooth surface and be sure to clean and allow it to dry it thoroughly.
2. Carefully peel sticker from its backing.
3. Press sticker firmly in place. Slowly peel and reposition the sticker if necessary.
4. Allow recommended 24 hours for sticker adhesive to “cure” before further handling or hand washing.
