Refund and Return postage cost

1. Refund is processed after the item is delivered back to me in its original condition. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. If the package is returned to me with a sticker "Unclaimend" by the Recipient" and the customer wants me to send it back again to his address he must cover postage expenses. 2. Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels. 3. Postage cost is not refunded in case refund is asked for the product.

Lovely journal cover! Shipping took a bit, but worth the wait. I asked for custom engraving which was accommodated without question and very nicely done. My Pilot Metropolitan fountain pen does not fit in the pen holder loop (it's a bit chonky), but can clip on without issue; regular pens fit fine. I wasn't sure I'd like the closure strap set up but find it nicely secure without being overly fussy. I purchased "Ocean Blue" which is a dark green-blue. The leather smells like leather (nothing chemically) and only if I put it up to my nose. Very pleased!!

Beautiful leather cover. The quality is so nice. I bought this one because of the good price (it was on sale) and because of the generous size for an A5 planner. Love the light violet color! It’s so pretty!
