Our star maps and astrology charts are created using trusted automated generators and tools used within our process. We are unable to use external sources or customer-provided systems, and we do not offer alternative chart styles beyond those shown in our shop. All designs are created exactly as displayed in the listing, so please review carefully before placing your order to ensure it matches what you are looking for. This also applies to coordinate formatting and layout.

Customs & Import Charges

All items are made to order and typically take 5-8 business days to produce. For personalised poster prints, a black and white digital proof will be sent for approval before printing. Once approved, your order will be produced in the size, foil finish, paper colour, and material options selected at the time of purchase.

Design Changes & Proofs

Products are based on fixed designs and are not a bespoke design service. Only minor amendments to names, dates, and coordinates can be accommodated. Astrology charts and star maps cannot be altered. For location maps, only minor zoom adjustments may be possible. If an error is identified, I will gladly review and correct it where possible. However, maps and charts are generated automatically, and custom modifications beyond the available settings cannot be made. Please ensure all information provided is accurate when ordering. Unlimited revisions are not available. A black and white digital proof will be sent within 48 hours of ordering for approval before printing. No additional proof formats or colour previews are provided.

Cancellations & Personalised Orders

As all items are personalised and made to order, cancellations, returns, or refunds cannot be accepted once production has begun. A digital proof is provided for custom orders before printing. Please review all details carefully, including spelling, dates, song titles, and any other personalised information. Approval of the proof confirms that all information is correct and that the order is ready to proceed. One round of reasonable amendments is included per order. Additional changes may not be possible and could require a new order. Once a proof has been approved, no further changes, cancellations, or refund requests can be accepted. By ordering, you agree to review your proof carefully and provide accurate information for your design.

The poster design is created digitally using vectors and printed to be hand foiled.

Please bare in mind that foil products are slightly imperfect. There might be tiny black scratches dots or marks within the foil as each individual print is handmade and unique, but this adds to the charm!
