What size insert (filling) do I need if I just purchase a pillowcase?

For an 18x18 pillowcase you will need a 20x20 insert and for a 22x22 pillowcase, you will need a 24x24 insert. However, I can also advise that you visit your local stores and see what you personally think fits best.

What is the difference between a basic and premium pillowcase?

The main difference is the style of fabric and color. Although both are polyester, the basic pillowcase has an anti-pill fleece finish with a silky surface whereas the premium pillow has a textured linen feel finish. The premium pillow is also pre-shrunk. The colors on the basic pillowcases though are more vibrant due to the smooth texture of the fabric. Both styles are machine washable and come with the option to include the same shape-retaining 100% polyester insert (filling).

How do I clean my pillow/pillowcase?

The pillowcases are machine-washable on cold cycle. Do not bleach, dry-clean or tumble-dry. Iron on low heat. It’s recommended not to wash, bleach, tumble‑dry, iron, or dry‑clean the pillow insert (filling). This helps maintain its quality and longevity. If absolutely necessary, please spot‑clean with a damp cloth.

My order was cancelled and refunded. Why?

If your order was cancelled and refunded, it’s usually because the ‘personalization’ section wasn’t filled out correctly during checkout. Refunds generally take 3–5 business days to process. You’re more than welcome to reorder, but please remember to add the needed personalization so your item can be made without delay. This helps keep shipping times on track and protects my store’s shipping rating.

From which location are your items shipped?

I work with a major fulfillment partner, who have multiple distribution centers across the US and around the world. Depending on stock availability, they will print and send your item from the most convenient location.

My item is damaged? What should I do?

On extremely rare occasions, your item may be damaged during delivery. Please contact me through Etsy, together with images (in good lighting conditions) of both sides of the item and I will guide you through (either) a refund or a re-shipment of the item.

The customization is wrong? What should I do?

If you a receive an item with incorrect customization, I will refund your purchase or offer you a reshipment of the item.

My tracking details say that my item was delivered but I haven't received the item. What should I do?

I cannot take responsibility for items marked as delivered but not received. This issue will need to be raised with the USPS or the appropriate shipping carrier. However, here are some tips to resolve the matter: Check around your home in case the postman/postwoman left it in a different place than they normally do. There may be a new driver on duty. Check with your neighbors in case your order was incorrectly delivered to the wrong address If you still can’t find your package, use your tracking number and submit a service request with your local Post Office. If the item falls under Etsy's Buyer's Protection Program, you can also contact Etsy and they may fully refund your purchase.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

My fulfillment partner ships orders using several carriers, including DHL, FedEx, USPS, Amazon and OnTrac. The carrier is selected automatically based on the order’s destination, total weight, and product type. This cannot be edited. My custom items are all made to order, and fulfilment usually takes 4–5 business days. Delivery time for mugs USA: 5–7 business days Canada: 6–9 business days Europe: 3-5 business days Delivery time for pillows and pillowcases USA: 9–11 business days Canada: 13–15 business days Europe: 8–9 business days

Can I change the shipping address of my purchase?

No, address changes cannot be made after purchasing. For delivery to a different address, please update your Etsy account with the new location prior to ordering.

Can I customize my order with a real current or past player name/number, for example Mahomes 15?

Licensing restrictions prevent me from using real player name/number combinations. It does not comply with my production partner's acceptable content guidelines.

Where are you actually located?

I’m based in Australia, but I list a US address in my Etsy store so my US customers know their orders ship from the US, not from Australia.

Highlights

Add that personal touch to your next gift by choosing the giftee's own name and favorite (player) number to this awesome pillowcase. Whether it be for a child's bedroom, a man cave or just to show off your team pride around the home, this pillowcase is a great gift idea for all hockey lovers! 🏒

The pillowcases are available in four sizes: 14×14” (35×35cm), 16×16” (40×40cm), 18×18" (45×45cm) and 22×22" (55×55cm), and all pillowcases are printed on both sides. You can purchase the case (cover) by itself or opt for the pillow that includes the insert (filling) for a ready to use pillow. Pillow options are slightly higher in price to account for the filling and additional postage costs.

CUSTOMIZABLE!
Personalizing your pillowcase is easy! Just choose a custom name, a single (or double digit) number and a zipper color (black or white). The choice of zipper color also determines the color of the stitching, for a clean, coordinated look.

PLEASE READ

• For the best visual balance, use only the surname (or given name), as it sits nicely centered to the number.

• Double digit jersey numbers never begin with a zero. If you're ordering this as a gift for a child whose favourite player wears number 9, please enter #9 instead of #09 as your custom number.

• If you prefer your number to include a leading zero (like for a date or year) please add that note in the customization box so I don’t need to reach out for clarification and delay your order.

• I print all custom names in uppercase for a clean, bold look. Names including terminal letters (like McDonald, McInerney, or MacPherson etc.) will also be printed in full uppercase, unless specified otherwise during purchase.

• All messages and updates will be shared with you directly through Etsy. To avoid confusion between multiple messaging channels, I no longer communicate via personal emails.

• I do not use real player names/numbers in my designs (like MARINO #13, MAHOMES #15, JORDAN #23, WEMBANYAMA #1, RUTH #3, OHTANI #17, GRETZKY #99, OVECHKIN #8, MESSI #10, RONALDO #7 etc.). If submitted, I will contact you to update your customization or to arrange a refund. If I do not receive a reply within 48 hours, I will cancel your order.

• Please review your spelling before submitting your order. Each design is created especially for you, so I’m unable to make changes or provide refunds after printing begins.

• Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may change, especially during busy times.

• For Christmas orders, I highly recommend placing your purchase as early as possible to avoid any disappointment. You can find all holiday deadline dates listed on my storefront.

ABOUT THE PROCESS
Have questions about how my shop runs? I’m more than happy to share the full process with total transparency.

I’m the owner and designer behind Venmiftees. Every custom order is designed by me in high-quality vector format. Once your design is complete, I send the files to my fulfillment partner, who handles all printing and shipping for my orders. This setup lets me focus purely on designing, while they take care of production and distribution.

All designs are printed using a modern technique called sublimation printing. It starts with your design being printed on a sheet of paper. The sublimation paper is infused with sublimation ink that is then transferred to the material using a heat press. The results are awesome!

Colors may appear slightly different due to individual screen settings and resolution. All listing images display the 22×22” premium pillowcase with insert.
