Try out some Daniel Smith Primatek watercolor paints before deciding if you want to commit to a whole tube, or take advantage of the size of these sample pans for a travel palette.

Plastic pans are available in two sizes:

Quarter Pan (1.0 mL) = 18 x 15 x 5mm
Mini Pan (0.5 mL) = 15 x 12 x 5 mm

These are small sample pans. Full Pans are usually 3.0-4.0 mL, Half Pans are 1.5-2.0 mL. Magnets are included.

The dots are on a square of 1.5 inch 140lb Bee Paper 100% Cotton Rag. The dot itself is at least half an inch.

A note on processing time: Please pay attention to the estimated delivery dates Etsy provides before you place your order. These pans are not pre-filled and will take 2-4 weeks depending on how many orders I have. When I have hundreds of pans to fill it takes a while to get them all done. Daniel Smith paints also shrink quite a bit so each pan is filled, allowed to dry and filled again. I give them 3-5 days each fill to ensure they are dry enough to ship. If you need them by a certain date please message me and I'll be happy to give you a more accurate estimate based on my current workload.

I am currently working on getting pans pre-filled so I can ship sooner, rather than filling orders as they come in, and will reduce my processing / shipping times as soon as I accomplish that extremely large task.

Update: Dots are done! I am now working on getting quarter and mini pans of the most popular colors filled.

The pans in the listing pictures are examples, but actual products received should be virtually the same. Please keep in mind the paints are priced per mL from the tube. Daniel Smith paints shrink and crack a lot as they dry, but I do fill the pans so they have a slight dome over the top as shown in the pictures. Certain colors, quinacridones and phthalos for example, shrink more than others.
