🔸 The quality of the printing or drawing is based on your image quality and the responsibility is yours.
🔸 If you are unsure about the image quality, please send it via Etsy message. We can check its quality and tell you whether it works or not. Also, if you indicate the item size you would prefer, the quality control result for your image(s) will be more accurate.

4️⃣ The image(s) must not contain shadow and shine

✅ The image(s) size must be min. 500 pixels.

❗️🔤❗️ Please add the correct personalization (name(s) / initial(s) / date / quote/ etc.) in your personalization section.
▪️ Since we use API (Application Programming Interface), your personalization is automatically redirected to the drawing by the system. We are not able to check any spelling mistakes and make any corrections in your personalization.
▪️ If you make any mistake in the personalization section or if the text area is not enough for your order, please send the correct and complete text via Etsy message. We are able to only fix this after your message.
⚠️ Please note that you are responsible to add the correct personalization.

🗓️ We send a preview design for your confirmation within 1 to 3 business days.
⏳ Please consider that after we sent the preview design, the response time is limited to 24 hours due to Etsy obligations.
🏭 The production process takes 5 to 8 business days.
