If you want to match the colors of some elements of your place - simply add a picture of them and I will offer you a few color combos to choose from. Due to different monitors calibrations, I can't match colors exactly but will do my best to get them pretty close
The processing time for custom orders is 3-7 business days. I always meet the announced terms. The only exception is when we need more time to approve the design.

Pom garlands are wrapped around a card to avoid tangling during shipping. Cotton tassel garlands have a protective anti-tangle wrapping.
Garlands are shipped with a tracking number, packed in a reusable box with a water-resistant covering for protection.

Delivery time is indicated in shop policies and depends on the country of the recipient. Etsy provides estimated delivery dates at checkout, depending on the type of mail service you select. Those are estimated and can't be guaranteed by sellers and me in particular. Unfortunately, I have no control over the postal services. Once the order is shipped its delivery is up to postal services.
Please, don't expect your order to be delivered in a week unless you choose express shipping option.

VAT taxes and import fees are charged by individual countries, and laws are different everywhere. The buyer is responsible for paying any fees collected when the package is picked up.

If Etsy is required to collect VAT taxes they will be charged when the sale goes through.

Certain countries have additional customs and postal fees which are imposed when the package is delivered. It's the responsibility of the customer to check on any laws specific to his or her own country and to pay any additional fees.

I can accept returns unless the item was customized. If you want to return your order please contact me first.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
The payment for an item is refunded only when I receive it back, if the item is not used, and in the same condition as it was when I shipped it.
