I send out all ready to ship dolls in 1-2 business days from your purchase. Using USPS, your package should arrive within 7 business days. Made to order dolls take 1-2 weeks to put together and another 3-5 days for shipping. If you need your doll more quickly, message me and I’ll see what I can do.

Convo me about custom orders - I’d love to make something specifically for you! 18” custom dolls start at $70 for the doll and one removable outfit. 11” custom dolls start at $40.00 for the doll and one removable outfit.

I double stitch all doll bodies and use small stitches to give better durability. Doll bodies are made from tightly woven fabric (Kona and Bella cottons) to ensure that filling stays inside. Dolls are intended for gentle imaginative play. Some doll accessories may not be suitable for very small children or older children that put toys in their mouths. Please put clothes on dolls with care.

Please contact me! I offer refunds or same price exchanges on ready to ship dolls once I receive the returned doll. I don’t offer refunds on custom dolls, but am happy to work with you to resolve the issue by making changes to your doll, etc. If your doll or accessories have been damaged by the shipping process, contact me.

I recommend only spot treating your doll and spot treating or hand washing doll garments.
