Will the rings look exactly like what is in the picture?

NO, although they will look very similar we DO NOT use a large manufacture to make these rings. They are all passionately made by hand and all stone are all natural and can vary in its natural properties and then we cut the stones and polish them by hand. Your ring will be one of a kind, and never the exact same as the last.

Will you accept returns on non defective items?

IF YOUR PURCHASE IS JEWELRY: We do courteous returns at times. we will most likely not accept returns for non valid reasons such as you lost, broke, or stole your ring. We make sure to take several photos at different angles and send them to you in order to obtain your authorization to proceed with the shipment. Just get in touch with us and we will look for the best Solution. JEWELRY SUPPLIES: 😉 Everything has a solution, just get in touch with us. the materials that we offer you we try the most possible to offer you the highest quality. and we are aware that you have to offer the best material when designing your jewelry that you will offer to your clients.

Once you buy and we ship an item you can no longer: (1) return item for wrong size on your behalf (2) You may however return the ring and pay us to resize it if you made a mistake. The fee is $50.

Are your rings solid? Are they real materials?

We carefully test each batch of silver, gold, and brass sent to us by our vendors to ensure all quality of our rings, bracelets, and earrings are up to par. We ALWAYS make it clear and understandable in our descriptions what the rings are made of. We don't use weird wording to make an object appear to be something it's not. We are honest and like to keep it that way.

Will shipping be paid on returns?

For exceptions to our policy we will never pay for return shipping. These exceptions are for when you don't like an item and we choose to give you a refund anyways as a courteously. The expense of shipping is on the customer. However all defective items are covered by our 30 day return guarantee in which we will provide a free shipping label for you to return your item hassle free.
