Bought as a replacement bc my bf had lost his old one. Dealt with customer service for the previous necklace bc his clasp had broken and they sent me a new clasp! Love this shop and will probably return for more every now and again. New necklace was shorter than expected. Not sure if we ordered it shorter by mistake or they sent it by mistake but it works out bc my bf let me keep it (I have been wanting one for myself) and he agreed to wait and let me buy him a longer one! Last one we bought was 18in and I think he is wanting 20in now so I will be back!!!
