After your payment has completed through Etsy, to access your purchase item(s) login into your Etsy account on your device in a new tab (not the Etsy app) and select purchases from your profile icon and you will see your purchased items then select the download text on the side to download your items.

To download your PNG images download the Zip File. Once you download and unzip the PNG file (the process to unzip a file may look different on different devices) from your Etsy account a folder with your PNG images will be available.

To download your Goodnotes File:
Step 1: SELECT the Goodnotes File. (Go to your Etsy account in a new tab scroll down to your purchases)
You will not be able to download items from the Etsy app.
Step 2: DOWNLOAD the Goodnotes file. (Download button is usually on the right side)
Step 3: FIND the downloaded file on your device.
Step 4: SELECT the option to OPEN IN GOODNOTES
Step 5 : IMPORT the Goodnotes file as a NEW Document.
(This method is for iPad only these steps maybe different on a different device.)
