What size should I choose?

Our tees and sweatshirts use unisex sizing (similar to men’s sizing). Most women order their usual size for a relaxed fit, size down for a fitted look, or size up for an oversized vibe. Please check the size chart in each listing before ordering. All items are made to order, so we don’t offer returns or exchanges for size issues.

Can I include a gift message or gift wrapping?

You can now add a short gift message at checkout! Your note will print on the packing slip (no prices shown). Gift wrapping isn’t available at this time.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are made to order and usually ship within 2–7 business days. Delivery times: • USA: 3–5 business days • Canada: 7–15 business days Orders ship from Printful’s U.S. facilities, so Canadian orders may take longer or experience customs delays.

What about holiday orders?

The holiday season is our busiest time. Please allow extra time during November and December as shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend ordering early for holiday gifts to avoid disappointment.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All items are custom made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Because production starts soon after ordering, we can only make changes if you message us within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we’re unable to cancel or modify your order.

How should I care for my shirt or sweatshirt?

To keep your print looking fresh: • Machine wash cold, inside out • Tumble dry low or hang to dry • Do not iron directly on the design • Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
