Royal blue satin fabric, blue grossgrain ribbon, Polyester boning, blue velvet braid on the neckline, two snap fasteners at the back of the neck and thin blue grossgrain ribbons in case you want to adjust it on largrer neck perimeter. (As it look on the first picture)

Neck Perimeter ( Approximatly): 35 - 37cm( but if you use the grossgrain ribbons it fits and on larger than 36cm neck)

It was a little tight on the neck but with the lace I was able to tie it up. I might suggest having two options for sizing but other than that it looked awesome with my outfit.
