I ordered a size too big. Seller is very responsive to messages and helps to remedy any issues. Would recommend.

I ordered this item on December 6, hoping to receive it in time for my daughter’s wedding on March 1. After months of delays and minimal updates, the item finally arrived on February 13. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit, and after confirming a refund, I paid to mail the item back. I was then told the item couldn’t be refunded (after sending the tracking information) due to its custom nature. The seller offered a partial refund (half the order or shipping cost), I wanted both but he said they’ll refund half the order. However, despite their promise to process a refund within three business days, of receiving the package, I still haven’t received a refund. The package was received at their facility on March 3. I’ve been patient and polite throughout, but this experience has been extremely frustrating.

Response from Alex Chernet

We always do our best for customer being sutisfied. Delivery process to Honolulu might takes more time than standard shipping duration. Regularly we offer to the customers easy return or exchange. Unfortunately individually Customized items can't be returned and refunded.
