I will hand paint a portrait of your home based on photos you provide.

Process:
1. Decide on a size that's right for you, then purchase the listing above.
2. Please submit a picture or two of your home through Etsy messenger.
I will then message you a pencil draft for your approval, and we can go over any additional features or details that you'd like included.
3. After I make the final watercolored version, I will send you a photo of the final painting via Etsy.
4. When completed, I will mail the final original painting to you!

The total process can takes 1-3 weeks depending on my workload.

House portraits make wonderful gifts for parents and new homeowners. I am pretty flexible with ideas and can accommodate anything from a meaningful apartment doorway to a favorite vacation spot. I can also opt out any trees or features you don’t like.
Address scripting is also available.

This was a Christmas gift for my in laws, who are downsizing after 45 years in their home. My in laws loved it and were so impressed with how beautiful their home looked! Josephine did an amazing job. She was fast, very communicative and ,most importantly, a wonderful painter.

I ordered two identical paintings of a small church in Kentucky, where my family recently traveled to lay my Papaw to rest, to give as gifts to my mom and aunt at Christmas. Josephine was able to make my timeline work and have them ready before the holiday.
