Proof/Shipping Policy

To ensure your custom label is exactly what you envisioned, we will send you a digital proof prior to shipping via the Etsy Messaging System. If we do not receive a confirmation that your digital proof is good to print, we will attempt confirmation 3 additional times including: 1. Three business days after the initial proof sent via the Etsy Messaging System 2. Four days after the initial proof is sent via the email address on the order 3. Five business days after the initial proof is sent we will attempt contact again via the Etsy Messaging System as a final reminder. If we have all the necessary info and we do not receive a response after 3 attempts of approval, your item will be automatically shipped.

You can make a return/exchange on any non custom products within 14 days after the product has shipped. Custom orders can't be returned. If something comes damaged, please reach out.
