My order was shipped quickly BUT my order was not read well and one of my necklaces was omitted. I purchased these for my three sister granddaughters. I could not give two and leave one granddaughter out, especially when they are very young. They do not understand any explanation. I did bring the mistake to the sellers’ attention and they did promptly send the missing necklace. But wouldn’t you think they would know the charges I paid them was for more than 2 necklaces and avoid the problem altogether?
