Why doesn't ___ look at vibrant as it does in the photo?

All device screens display color differently, Screens display color in RGB and will always be more vibrant than what you receive on a product. Just like you can adjust the brightness on your screen to make pictures look better, if you display your product in a well lit area, it will appear more vibrant. If you ordered a Metallic print, make sure to hang it near a light source to get the full metallic effect.

I ordered the wrong size / color / finish / etc.

Sure! Any of my art that has already been created I can put on a product just for you! Just ask and I will see what my supplier has available. For Prints: Certain artworks may not be large enough or be able to be cropped to the size you need. It doesn't hurt to ask though :))

My order is taking longer than I expected, can I get a refund / cancel? (covid)

Please order your items in advance as the production/shipping times could take a little bit longer than what is listed. Everybody is experiencing delays, it's out of my control. Once I place an order with my printer, it is difficult to cancel. Once it leaves the factory I cannot cancel or refund you unless they can determine that the package has been lost. In the event that I can cancel before your item has shipped, I can refund you but only until I can 100% confirm that the item has been cancelled on my end. Otherwise I would be paying for the item to still ship to you and you'd be getting it for free.
