To avoid disappointment, if you need an item at short notice, please do get in touch with me before ordering, and I will let you know if I can get it made and shipped to you in time.

This may require you to pay for expedited shipping, so discussing this with me before placing your order is the most effective use of both our time. It will also prevent you from having to wait for your order to be cancelled if I cannot get it to you in time for the date required.

All orders now have tracking:

• UK orders will be sent 1st Class Signed-For.
• International orders will be sent International Tracked.
• US orders, allow a minimum of 4 weeks for it to reach you.

• The UK is experiencing extended delays, this is even affecting Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 parcels. Please be patient. Only Special delivery is being delivered quickly, but not always next day.

• The delivery times quoted by Etsy are the generic Royal Mail estimated delivery times. They cannot be guaranteed, and the seller cannot be held responsible for any delays after the item has been dispatched.

• International orders can often get caught up at Customs for a long time, so bear this in mind when ordering Internationally.

• To avoid disappointment, it is recommended to allow additional time for shipping and to request s shipping upgrade to courier if you have a specific deadline for your order.

It is always annoying when your post takes longer to arrive than expected. However, it is not considered lost by the postal system until a specific number of days have passed since the item was due to be delivered. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until after this time.

The times are as follows:

UK POST

• 15 ‘working days’ or more after the due date.
• Claim within 80 days of the date they were posted.

INTERNATIONAL POST

• Europe: 20 ‘working days’ or more after the due date.
• Rest of World (including US and Canada): 25 ‘working days’.
• Claim within 6 months of the date they were posted.
