• Due to our wallpaper printing technique, we suggest to order an extra panel for larger orders, as there can be a slight color difference from batch to batch.

• Please make sure your address is 100% correct!
• Colours of the actual wallpaper may appear different due to different monitor settings
• If the surface you are planning on installing the paper has been painted, let it dry for at least 4 weeks!
• Due to fact that wallpaper is [!] made to order [!], we do not do refunds/returns!
• Custom orders are not returnable/refundable!
• Livettes do not offer refunds, but are happy to send a replacement item if the item was received damaged. Any defects has to be reported immediately, with a proof of photos or videos. Keep in mind that the product cannot be used, otherwise the order will not qualify for a refund.
