ADDING A GREETINGS CARD?
Choose to add a greetings card to the prank package from the dropdown menu.
Each card measures approx 15cm squared when folded and will be sealed inside a white envelope and placed inside the prank package.
Please use the 'personalisation box' to send us your personal message for the inside of the card (max 25 words).
NOTE: If you've chosen the 'birthday card' design, please also add the name that you would like printing on the front of it to the personalisation box.

POSTAGE:
Your order will be dispatched within one working day (Mon-Fri) and sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard. Although the majority of 2nd class post will arrive within 3 working days, we do regularly experience post arriving up to 5 days after it's been despatched. Therefore if you require your package to arrive sooner than 5 working days from despatch, then we strongly advise you to upgrade your postage to Royal Mail 1st Class (additional costs apply) which can be done during the checkout process.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THAT YOUR PERSONALISATION FOR THE CARD HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY SAVED TO YOUR ORDER. SO PLEASE, DOUBLE CHECK! IF IN DOUBT, THEN SEND US A MESSAGE.
-IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THE NAME/ADDRESS HAS BEEN UPDATED TO MATCH YOUR RECIPIENTS NAME/ADDRESS DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS. WE ARE UNABLE TO UPDATE THIS FOR YOU AND WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY IF YOUR PARCEL IS SENT TO YOU INSTEAD OF THE INTENDED RECIPIENT.
