Wrap this hot/cold healing pack around your neck for a natural way to relieve your aches and pains or help with relaxation and sleep.

After heating in the microwave for 1½ to 2 minutes, it provides nice therapeutic heat for treating headaches, stress and tension. It can also be used across the tummy, lower back, chest, and more.

Use it cold from the freezer to calm inflammation, treat migraines, or help ease hot flashes.

This neck wrap measures approximately 6”x 26”, has 10 chambers, weighs over 2 pounds and is made with soft 100% all natural cotton and lined for added comfort.

With seams sewn in both directions, multiple chambers are created that keep the seeds spread out evenly, so that some seeds are always at the back of the neck and not piled up at the ends.

Healing packs are filled with millet which is round, smooth, and very conforming.
