Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept refunds on used/opened product for hygiene reasons.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and unopened. The buyer has 14 days from the delivery day to return the item and will be responsible for the return shipping.

Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to clean off any trapped hair and dirt. You can spot clean stains using a damp sponge or a cotton cloth or gently hand wash the cave in cool water with a mild scent-free wool cleaner. Reshape with your hands while still wet and let it air dry. Never place your cat cave in the dryer.

The cave will regain shape and creases will go away on its own.
