• Etsy limits file sizes for uploads to their platform to 20MB. Due to the nature of design files, the vast majority of our files are larger than that, so we provide a downloadable text file with a link to retrieve the actual file from Google Drive.
• We don't recommend trying to download anything onto a mobile device such as a smart phone or tablet/iPad. Any actual files that are small enough to upload to Etsy (as well as the files in Drive) will be in ZIP format & these cannot be as easily unzipped on a mobile device.
• If you have ANY issues retrieving your files PLEASE reach out to us via Etsy message & we will do our best to help resolve your issue 🙂
