This beautiful pendant features a stunning raw Ethiopian welo opal intricately wrapped in antique copper wire! This pendant is available on a cord or chain your choice of length. Please notify me of your preference at checkout. This opal (like all opals in my experience) was so difficult to photograph; it has an opaque creamy tan base color with beautiful, vibrant flashes of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple! You will see this opals beauty best in direct sunlight, however, even in low lighting you will see its rainbows! I photographed it in a variety of lightings.

The price of this pendant not only reflects the craftsmanship of wire work but also the quality of the opal itself. I hand picked this at a gem show from my favorite opal vendor.
