Custom and personalized orders

Do you offer cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges for custom or personalized orders? No we do not as we cannot resell these items. Please keep this in mind before making a purchase.

What items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds?

Custom or customized items, personalized items, used or worn items, items altered after buyer receipt, or items sent back without a prior written studio agreement are strictly ineligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please note: Our studio enforces a strict No-Returns and No-Exchanges policy globally, except where explicitly mandated by local regional laws (such as the 14-day return window required for buyers located in the European Union). Where applicable, items must be in their original, pristine, unworn condition & requested within the legal window. Organic, millimeter-level variances in color, thickness, or appearance are natural characteristics of handmade items and do not qualify for return/refund.

What if my package or item is damaged?

Please report the transit issue to us through Etsy Messages immediately. You have a strict window of 72 hours from the exact timestamp your package is marked 'Delivered' by the shipping carrier to file a damage report. To move forward with assistance, you must provide clear, high-resolution photographs of both the exterior shipping container (showing the label) and the damaged item itself. Altered items or reports filed after 72 hours are ineligible for studio assistance.

Help Request Instructions

When reaching out to our team regarding an active or completed order, please ensure your message includes: your official Order Number, a detailed description of your request, and three high-resolution photographs of the physical items received. Our customer care dashboard requires all three data points to be fully attached before a support ticket can be initialized or processed by our staff. Thank you for your cooperation!

These were purchased as a gift from my nephew, for his mother. They are both 100% delighted with how cute they are! Thanks to Zoom, I take my nephew shopping for handmade gifts for her birthday, Mother's Day, etc, even though we live 3 states apart. Thanks for such beautiful, whimsical handmade jewelry.
