How do I care for a Gallery Wrapped Canvas?

Dust or smudges can be removed by lightly rubbing with a clean, damp cloth. I recommend placing the canvas where it will not be subject to direct sunlight for extended periods of time as over exposure to sunlight can cause discoloration. It is best to avoid extreme temperatures and humidity as these can cause the canvas to become loose and sag on the stretcher bars. If you acquire unwanted scratches or nicks, these can be touched up with an archival ink pen or marker which can be purchased at your local art or craft store.

How do I care for a Metal Print?

Clean with an ammonia-free glass cleaner and soft cloth. Metal prints are UV resistant, however, prolonged exposure to sun can eventually ruin anything so take care to avoid too much direct sun.

Do you include a matte and frame with your prints?

No, unfortunately I am not able to matte and frame any prints at this time.

How long does it take to ship an order?

I am usually able to ship about a week after your order has been placed, and shipped orders typically take 2-5 business days to arrive depending on your location. However, because each item is not made until you order it, I may occasionally require additional time to ensure the quality of your order. As a result, processing time could take up to 2-3 weeks.
