Is there tracking for international orders?

Orders to the US are posted via USPS and do come with tracking. Because a UK courier must first get them to the US before USPS can take over this means your tracking may not update from 'pre-transit' until a few days before delivery. Orders outside the UK and US are posted via Royal Mail International Standard which is a reliable service but does not come with tracking. Tracked options are available at check out at an additional cost.

How long until my order is posted?

All orders (except for orders of greeting cards only) are subject to a processing time of 5 business days. If you need a faster turnaround time then Rush Orders are available.

Our banners are made of high quality materials and are designed to last. They can be hung indoors as home decor or used as party decorations but as they are made from card they still need a little care to stay looking their best. Use the following guide to keep them looking their best: - Take care when unravelling the banner, make sure the string is not caught around any letters. - When storing the banner wrap the string loosely around the letters and store out of sunlight and away from damp. - Display indoors and away from water sources or damp environments as these can cause the letters to curl after continuous exposure.

Can I receive my order faster than the estimated delivery date?

Orders within the UK: You can select the rush order add on (available separately in the shop) which puts the order to the front of the queue meaning it will be processed within 1 business day and posted first class. There is also a special delivery option at check out. Please keep in mind special delivery applies to when the item is posted and does not cut down processing times, if selected without rush order then standard processing times apply. International orders: The rush order add on (available separately in the shop) cuts down processing time to 2 business days and puts your order to the front of the queue. This will get your order shipped faster but please keep in mind there are no faster delivery options.

Excellent Day For An Exorcism banner in gothic Old English style font.

- Plain colours are made from thick 300gsm card, aside from Lilac which is a little thicker. Metallic, holographic and pearlescent colours are a bit thinner and may need more delicate handling.
- Plain coloured banners are provided with coloured 100% cotton string, with the exception of Seafoam which is provided with white string. The metallic, holographic and pearlescent colours are all provided with white string. The coloured strings are not an exact colour match for some colours, if you would prefer white string please add this as an order note.
- Longest phrase measures approximately 50 inches / 127 (on 2.5m string)
- Largest letter ‘D’ measures 12cm x 14cm
- You will only receive the letters shown in the first photo.

- All our products are sent plastic-free in recyclable (recycled where possible) packaging. The cellophane bags used are made from corn starch and home compostable.
