1. Provide a Detailed Description: Please share a comprehensive description of the issue you've encountered.

2. Attach Multiple Photos: Along with your description, attach clear photos that clearly depict the problem.

Important Notes:
Any issues related to damaged or defective items must be reported within 2 weeks from the date of receiving the product. Opening envelopes/boxes with sharp tools may damage the product inside.

Shirts: Machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean. Tumble dry on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

Mugs: Microwave and dishwasher safe.

Posters: To ensure that your posters last for a long time, don’t keep them in direct sunlight or outdoors. They can be gently dusted with a soft dry cloth or a feather duster.

If your package still hasn’t arrived, then I recommend getting in touch with your local post office to see if your order is there.

You can also check in with your neighbors to ask if they might have seen your package.

Packages marked as delivered will not be replaced if missing. Please ensure the security of your delivery location.

Packages not delivered due to incorrect address or other reasons will be reshipped if they are returned and reshipment cost is paid, otherwise, you will have to place a new order.

Addresses marked as invalid by USPS may be delayed or cancelled.

Digital inches are Digital images, they will be sent over Etsy or your provided email within 24 hours. They are not sent automatically. If you don’t get it in that time, please message me. Thank you for your patience. Digital images are for personal use.

Please be advised that orders that experience delays or are in-transit are not eligible for refunds or replacements, unless explicitly declared lost in transit by the carrier.

Returns are subject to a 10% fee. Exchanges available for apparel only.

Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus the restocking fee, to the original payment method. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
