-FRAME OPTIONS:

UNFRAMED: Choose this option if you would like the wording and picture in the double mat ONLY. (You can then frame the double mat in any 11x14 frame that you purchase)

FRAMED: Choose this option if you would like the wording and picture in the double mat AND frame.

-PICTURE OPTIONS:

PRINT MY PICTURE: Choose this option if you'd like us to print your picture and include it in the finished product.

I'LL PRINT MY PICTURE: Choose this option if you'd like to add the picture yourself once your frame arrives.

2. Please follow the directions in the personalization box.

**FAQ’S**

*WORDING LENGTHS: Each 5x7 window can hold approximately 800 words. More wording can easily be accommodated with a font change.

*PROOF: You will receive a digital wording proof within 48 hours. We will edit it for you as many times as needed to get it perfect!

*SONG LYRICS: Yes, we print song lyrics. Simply copy and paste the lyrics OR leave the artist and title in the personalization box at checkout.

*FORMATTING: If you’d like a different font or style than the one shown in the sample then we are happy to do that. We’ll send you our font book or match a font you are looking for!

*RUSH ORDERS: Rush orders can almost always be accommodated! Simply add the RUSH listing in our shop to your cart and let us know the date you need to receive your order.

I ordered the 11x14 retirement photo gift and it came out beautiful, met expectations and description… excellent quality! I know my mom will cherish this keepsake forever.
