∟Have the package shipped back to us within 30 days of the first contact via email
∟Item(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
∟Include your order# for our reference
∟Send all returns and exchanges via USPS / Canada Post ONLY in North America
∟A refund will be issued via Etsy upon inspection
∟ The restocking fee is 30%. This does not include shipping fees.

∟It will take us 2 weeks to process your return and 2-5 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.

∟Please package it carefully to avoid any accidental damages during transit. If any items are damaged upon arrival, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Please ship the package back to us within 30 days for a free replacement. Shipping fees will still apply to returns.
