Term and Conditions - Refund, Return and Replacement

We pack our plants securely for transit. If your plant is damaged or there is other issues, please let us know within 2 days upon delivery. We need clear photos showing the issue to support any claim. A plant may experience stress during transit, it only needs water and light to recover. Minor damage will not be refunded. Due to the high cost of shipping, we will not refund shipping charges if the plant is viable. Please understand that we do not accept responsibility for the plant once it is out of our care. Most of our plants are tropical and subtropical. While we are happy to provide advice, it is up to you to provide the adequate growing environment.

If you entered the wrong address on your order, we will change it if we are notified prior to shipping. Once we send a package out, we cannot change the address. We will not replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We use the tracking information to confirm delivery. If your package is missing, please check with household members or your Post Office personnel.

Handling and Processing Time - When will my order ship?

We have up to 5 business days for handling, that is up 7 calendars (or 8 during a holiday). There are many factors that determine our handling time. Sometimes we get more orders. Sometimes we are dealing with extreme weather conditions on our nursery or at the customer's location. We will send out your order as quickly as we can.
