Delivery
Consolidation delivery of parcels is carried out from Ukraine to Florida to the warehouse of our official partner.
From where the parcels are sent to the address of buyers with the UPS track number.

Return labels
On Etsy, return labels for product returns are only available for sellers and to customers with an address in the US 50 states. US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses do not qualify.
For this reason, unfortunately, sellers from Ukraine cannot create a return label.

Price adjustment
Our handmade store doesn’t offer price adjustment after the item has been purchased and shipped.

Please make sure the adress you provided is correct, as I'm using it to send your item. I'm not resonsible for parceles delivered to the wrong adress.
I won't do return in case you have specified the wrong address and a parcel has been sent to uncertainty to the address which you have specified in Etsy.
If you have specified the correct address, the parcel isn't lost or not stolen, exchange is possible, but without the cost of delivery minus 30% of taxes.

Please note, due to International Postage rules all packages require signature on delivery. It is impossible to leave a parcel on a porch in the front garden or other insecure places.

To deliver your orders I use local post service - Ukrpochta. Delivery of a parcel after registration iwill be carried ou by AIRMAIL.

After registration in Ukrainian mail service each parcel will be given the tracking number. I will provide it to you to track and trace the exact location of a parcel at any time.

Please note: Once parcel left I can not change anything.

Sending the parcel is carried out by the reliable national postal service of Ukraine "Nova Poshta Global".
Nova Poshta assigns a Ukrainian tracking number to the parcel on the territory of Ukraine. Then he transfers the package to the USPS representative for the next shipment to the USA.

Within a few days, the message is assigned an international track number. These are the approximate days that the package will be in the United States for onward delivery to your home address.

Average delivery time is 5-15 business days.

Tracking will be available at USPS tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input (after assigning a track number, I will give it to you).

The reference for tracking of a way of a parcel.
The seller has no other services of tracking of a parcel in way, except unique a track code for tracking of a parcel - only those services, the reference to which to you will be given by the seller.

Express shipping is available, but will cost approx. + 7-40$ and take 5-10 working days (more weight - higher cost)

EXCHANGED or REFUNDED

DUE TO SANITARY REASONS, ALL GOODS of shop ARE FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED or REFUNDED. SO, PLEASE, READ all DESCRIPTIONS (color, size, country of origin and shipper, etc) before PURCHASING.

DELIVERY times after PURCHASE
If, after purchase, the buyer has questions regarding the delivery time, he can contact the seller through the Etsy website for an answer. Otherwise, the term of preparation (manufacturing) of goods and term of shipping will not change and the goods will be shipped in accordance with the terms prescribed in the store.

COMPLAINTS time
Complaints about the quality / absence / difference of the goods are accepted within THREE days from the date of delivery of the parcel to the addressee.

Our store fully fulfills its obligations related to the organization of sending parcels to the buyer from local postal carrier to transfer of the parcel from local distribution center to customs of the recipient country.

Please note that our competence does not include disputes related to third parties (the customs and mail of the recipient country are third parties, but indirectly participate in the transaction between seller and buyer).

Our store cannot influence the acceleration of the parcels delivery under force majeure circumstances, in particular during the deterioration of weather, epidemiological conditions and significant social events; government quarantine or military restrictions and measures related to air travels.

Note I cannot influence circumstances of force majeure (deterioration of weather,epidemiological conditions, Government decrees to restrict air, ground communications between states etc).
To expedite delivery, I cannot affect the Postal carrier, which are a third party. But I control delivery process.

FAQ Refunds, exchanges, cancellation

When returning the goods, the money for shipping is not returned under any circumstances.
All shipping costs always on the buyer. The seller is not responsible for the passing of custom control. All the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country are on the buyer expense.
In exceptional cases refund will be possible only after we receive our item clean, unused, undamaged, in original packaging.
