Production Time & Rush Order

Orders typically ship within 3 weeks, although in some cases we offer "rapid production" with additional $60 which gurantees delivery within 12 business days. The service may not be available during peak season like Christmas and Valentines day. Please contact us if you would like to upgrade.

Shipping & Insurance Policy

You'll receive a confirmation email once that happens. During high volume holidays, please allow 3-4 weeks for your shipping confirmation. Additionally, USPS can take roughly 24-48 hours of processing to update tracking during those busy times. All domestic pieces are shipped via USPS or FedEx and fully insured. All deliveries require a signature. International pieces will be via USPS or FedEx or DHL Worldwide Express and fully insured. We do not cover the cost of international taxes and duties.

At TinyLightJewelry, we offer layaway payments for all customers. Orders Amount: Over $1000 (including $1000), the first payment will be 20% of the order amount Orders Amount: Less than $1000, the first payment will be a fixed $100 Please Note: 1. TinyLightJewelry is proud to provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all creations. This warranty covers breakage or malfunction under normal use due to defects in material or craft. We will repair, or at our option, replace any defective TinyLightJewelry piece with the same or if unavailable, a comparable design. This warranty does not cover damage as a result of abuse, misuse, loss or theft.

At TinyLightJewelry, quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. Our pieces are meant to be worn daily. However, jewelry is by its very nature delicate. If you should experience the need for a repair, we are here to help. All jewelry purchased within the last year is eligible for a complimentary 1 time repair for any breakage caused by manufacturer defect. If your jewelry breaks due to normal wear and tear, we can still repair it for free within the first year, but you will be responsible for round trip shipping.

Order Cancellation Policy: No charge for orders canceled within 48 hours Cancellation that exceeds 48 hours: I will charge 20% of order value for over $1000 orders (including $1000) and $100 for less than $1000 order as a replenishment fee. Our rings come with a complimentary sizing, should you need it, within 90 days of completion. However, not all rings can be resized. Contact us prior to shipping so that we can give you an advice. Securely package your ring. Do not mark your package as containing jewelry or valuables. Include your order number, the name used to place the order, your return shipping address, and the size you need your ring resized to. Resizing will be returned via USPS or FedEx. Shipping fees apply.

How do I find my ring size?

If you are unsure or it has been awhile since you were last sized, we recommend getting professionally sized by a local jeweler. This is a free service provided by any local jewelry store, and will save you a lot of time and hassle in the ordering process. Make sure you get the finger sized that you plan to wear the ring on. If you're ordering for someone else, do some more research, if possible. Check with her friends, or locate one of her rings. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We send rings overseas via FedEx or DHL with full tracking and insurance. Shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days depending on customs.
