LEAD TIME
*We may have the size you want in stock and ready to ship. If not, we need one to two weeks to make your pillow depending on how many orders we have. Christmas is very busy so please get your gift orders in early, ideally BEFORE December. We cannot guarantee a before-Christmas delivery for orders placed after the first week of December.

HOW TO ORDER
*If you are just ordering the pillow cover, please order based on the size of your insert. I will make the pillow cover a bit smaller than your insert in order to achieve a nice snug and professional fit. For example, if your insert is 16" x 16", then please select 16" x 16" pillow cover.
*If you are ordering the pillow cover and the pillow insert, simply select the "Cover & Insert" option with the appropriate size. Again, the cover will be made slightly smaller for a nice snug fit.
*If you would like to order more than one pillow, simply select the size you want, and then under "Quantity", select how many pillows. If you want different sizes, then please add the different sizes to the cart as separate entries.

SWATCHES
*Swatches are hand-cut and measure approximately 2" x 4". Swatches are for evaluating fabric texture and color, not an entire fabric repeat.

PHOTOGRAPHY
*We do our best to portray the color and scale of the pillow. PLEASE LOOK AT ALL THE PICTURES before you decide to purchase. Do NOT base your purchase off of just one picture, especially when evaluating color. Some pictures are offered for scale and setting, whereas others are offered to evaluate color. You must look at all pictures. If you are unsure about the color, PLEASE order a swatch. If you want to return your pillow because you do not like the color or you do not feel the color was "represented" well, please be aware that you will need to pay for postage to return your pillow, and if you are returning an insert as well, it is very COSTLY to ship pillow inserts. You will be responsible for the cost to ship back to us.

CARE
*Hand wash the pillow cover in cool water with mild detergent and lay flat to dry.

SHIPPING
*We provide FREE shipping if you are purchasing over $35 to any of the 48 contiguous states. Please inquire about shipping charges if you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We will pay for about 30% of the shipping charges to areas outside the 48 contiguous states and we ask that you pay the balance of the shipping cost. A separate listing will be created to accommodate the additional shipping charge.
*All pillow inserts will be shipped UPS ground so the approx. the arrival date you see on Etsy is NOT applicable as UPS takes longer to ship than USPS Priority.
*We will tightly pack your pillow insert in a box. You will need to fluff up your pillow (this is very easy to do) and put the cover on your pillow.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
*Is there anything special we need to know about your order? Important things for us to know is if this pillow is a gift and if so, what is the latest date you can receive your pillow in order to give your gift on time. Sometimes things come up on the farm and in life that gets us behind in the shop, and it is nice to know if your situation has special circumstances. Also, as mentioned, Etsy's ship date may be different from what we can actually accommodate through UPS. Please include that under the "Personalization" section of your order.
