Custom and personalized orders

I am happy to chat with you about a custom or personalized orders. I will be perfectly upfront as to whether or not I can accommodate your request. All custom orders require 50% payment in advance (non-refundable) and the remaining 50% due when the order ships.

Sizing information can be found in the listing. Please note that measurements are approximate. Some ribbons, florals, etc. may extend outside of the dimensions given. Each wreath is pictured on a standard front door so you can visually see the size of the wreath. Please contact me with any specific questions about the size of the item.

It is recommended that you protect your wreath from extended exposure to the elements and direct sunlight. Bring in your wreath during high winds, rain, snow, excessive heat, etc. to prevent damage. A covered front porch or shaded door is a great place to display your wreath. It will also look great indoors! Quality materials are used when making your wreath, but fraying and fading can happen over time and/or with improper handling and display. Please contact me with questions about your specific wreath. If purchasing a garland, they are not meant for outdoor use. Keep away from small children - not a toy. Do not hang near a fireplace if it is in use.

If you are local to my area and would like to pick up your purchase in person instead of having it shipped, please contact me BEFORE purchasing through Etsy so I can make adjustments to the listing

If you have any issues with your order, please let me know within 3 days of receipt (or sooner, if you notice an issue with tracking while the item is in transit) and I will do my best to resolve it. I do not accept returns or exchanges, but I want you to have a positive experience with my shop. Please note, I cannot be responsible for damage caused by shipping. This should be resolved by filing a claim with the carrier. Please do not use the Reviews section to notify me of an issue.

Wreaths are shipped through UPS or Fedex. I do not ship wreaths to PO Boxes. Smaller, lightweight items will usually ship through USPS unless another carrier offers a better rate. You will receive a tracking number after your order is complete. If you notice any issues with the tracking while the item is in transit, please contact me. Please note, I cannot be responsible for damage caused by shipping. This should be resolved by filing a claim with the carrier. I do not ship internationally, and if you live outside the lower 48 states (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.), please contact me BEFORE purchase. These locations may incur additional shipping costs. If you do not message me before purchasing, your order may be cancelled.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If your item is a gift, I'm happy to include a hand written note or card, free of charge! Please message me before purchase or when the order is placed in the notes section. You'll also want to be sure you use the recipient's address for shipping if you want it to be delivered directly to them. Due to the size of the box and nature of the items, I do not provide gift wrapping.

SIZE & CARE:
This wreath measures approximately 21" in diameter and 4" depth. It is recommended that you protect your wreath from extended exposure to the elements and direct sunlight. A covered front porch or shaded door is a great place to display your wreath. It will also look great indoors!

SHIPPING:
Your wreath will ship in a large box and secured to prevent shifting and movement during shipping. However, some “fluffing” and straightening may be required since I can't control how the box is handled in transit.

GIFTS:
If this is a gift for someone, I would love to include a free handwritten note or card from you! Just let me know in the NOTES section of your order who it is for and what you want it to say, or message me prior to purchase.

LOCAL PICKUP:
If you are local to Jacksonville, NC and would like to pick your item in person, please message me BEFORE you order so I can create a custom order for you with no shipping charges.
