Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Pixly Case is confident that you will love your case but because your case is made especially for you and your device, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time. This does not apply if you were sent the wrong design, color or model at the fault of Pixly Case. Please be sure you order for the correct device. Your case however is covered by a LIFETIME WARRANTY. Yes, lifetime! That means if your case breaks or fades, Pixly Case will replace it. It will be replaced with the same design and model. Normal scratches or wear and tear are not covered and we will not accept returns from forced damage. Photos & approval from our production team will be required. Please contact our support team if you have any questions. 🙂

Do you offer Tracking?

Where do your orders ship from?
