That is HIGHLY illegal for a person to hand-make a doll, per order, as that doll would not be tested and approved by the CPSC. I do take part in designing most of the dolls. However, they are hand-made ahead of time and then sent to a CPSC testing facility for approval. All dolls I offer pass and/or exceed CPSC requirements. Tiny Tots® Boutique follows ALL rules and guidelines that the CPSC enforces.
