Where will my order ship from?

Every costume is hand-embroidered and personalized at our design studio in Istanbul, Türkiye — this hands-on process is how we ensure the quality of your custom names, numbers, and designs. U.S. orders are fulfilled through our U.S. logistics partner in New Jersey and delivered to your doorstep with full tracking. If an order ever needs to ship directly from our studio instead, it travels via UPS Express on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis — so our U.S. customers never face surprise fees or extra charges upon delivery. Canada, UK and Australia orders ship express from our studio with full tracking. Any customs duties or import taxes, if applied, are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I return or exchange a personalized costume?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized items, such as costumes embroidered with a name or number. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will do our best to find a solution and make it right for you.

Do you need my phone number?

Yes, it is very important that you include your phone number in the order notes. This allows the shipping carrier to contact you quickly if there are any delivery issues or if they need to confirm your address. Your number is used only to ensure your order arrives smoothly and is kept strictly confidential.

Do you accept wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes, we do! We offer special pricing for wholesale and bulk orders. If you are interested, please message us with the details of your request, and we will prepare a custom quote for you as soon as possible.

How long does shipping take?

U.S. orders are typically delivered within 2-6 business days. For our international customers, the estimated delivery times are: Canada & UK: 3-6 business days Australia: 4-8 business days Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs processing or local carrier volume.

Do you accept urgent orders?

Yes, we do our best to accommodate urgent requests and have expedited shipping options available. However, please note that express shipments require a physical address and cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box. If you have an urgent order, please message us before placing it to confirm availability.

What measurements are required for custom costumes?

To ensure a perfect fit for your child, we kindly ask that you provide your child’s age, full height (head to toe), and weight in the order notes. This information helps us tailor the costume to their specific measurements.
