“We are extremely happy with the items and the way they are packaged with the personalisation and seal on the back, beautifully presented. The downside was the delivery and sellers customer service. I ordered these in April for our wedding in July, I thought this would be ample time. They arrived just in time, two days before our wedding, at this point I had already had to spend more money and buy something else to replace these as I was sure they would not arrive on time. If ordering, I would make sure you order at least 5 months in advance to save disappointment. I was disappointed in the sellers customer service as the courier they used you had to be an American/ Canadian citizen to register a complaint. When I told the seller and asked for help, I was told they have been lost in the post and given no other help.”

We are extremely happy with the items and the way they are packaged with the personalisation and seal on the back, beautifully presented. The downside was the delivery and sellers customer service. I ordered these in April for our wedding in July, I thought this would be ample time.
