This crystal shop is run from our home full of love and pets. We understand that some people may have extreme sensitivities to animals, so please leave a note at checkout if special care for your order is needed.

*USPS is still experiencing several delays. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to be delivered, or upgrade to Priority shipping at checkout.

If you are buying less than 3 items, we can usually ship the next business day, or the day after that (not including holidays or weekends).

*If you order on a Friday, your order will be sent on Monday. For larger orders (in quantity or size) we will do our best to ship within the next 2-3 business days. We like it when our packages arrive quickly, and we want yours to as well!

Keep in mind that shipping couriers are experiencing many delays due to logistics and other circumstances. We will always get your order out on time, so thank you for your patience as your gifts make their journey to you.

Orders under 15 oz will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Over 15 oz will be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail and will have $100 worth of insurance. If your order weighs less than 15 ounces, but costs more than $100, insurance will be added for you just in case!

Orders over 3 lbs will sent via UPS or USPS Parcel Select.

Please message us before placing your order if special delivery instructions or extra insurance are needed.

***You are responsible for making sure your shipping address is correct. If you need to change it, your order will be cancelled so you can re-purchase & enter the correct information.

If you enter both a home address and a PO Box, your order will be sent to the PO Box. Thank you for your understanding!***

I will do everything in my power to help you track your package down. If you are worried your package is at risk for being stolen, PLEASE message me BEFORE placing your order, so I can add a signature confirmation to ensure your order is delivered to the correct hands.

*We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse customers in these instances, and a claim with the postal carrier will have to be filed instead.

*A police report is required for items marked delivered.

*If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to have it resent.

Absolutely! Please message us for the best shipping prices, as Etsy doesn't always calculate them correctly. Take note that shipping overseas from the United States can sometimes take FOREVER and this is no fault of our own. We will always ship your order within 1-2 business days, and it's the courier's responsibility to place your parcel in your hands. Tracking numbers and insurance for orders over $50 will automatically be added to your order.

*Customs fees can and do apply in many countries. Check with your local postmaster to see what the fees are for the item you're purchasing. We are not responsible for any additional customs fees you may incur.

Every listing has the complete dimensions of each item in the "Item Details." Lexi spends a lot of time measuring and weighing everything to ensure you know exactly what you will receive, so please take a moment to review the measurements and verify what that looks like on a ruler.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. Items must be returned in their original condition in the original packaging to be considered for a refund.
