All BRENNMORE styles are carefully handmade in our London Studio. Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding weekends) before we ship your order.

We offer TOTALLY- FREE CUSTOM DESIGN & ENGRAVING SERVICE

We will be happy to help with any design you have in mind or help you to recreate a piece you owned and lost. Any image or even a sketch will be useful.

We will send you a rendered image and design image with the measurements for your approval before we go ahead and start production on the piece.

We can also update our rings according to your engagement and solitaire rings to stack well.

You can cancel your order within the first 24 HOURS after your order is placed, after that 10% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items. Each item is handmade so each cancellation in the middle of production is a loss for my small business.

USPS and Royal Mail take about 1-2 days to update tracking initially.

Please contact us immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit. We will try our best to solve the issue.

If the item has not been marked delivered and hasn't arrived within 15 days of shipment, we will REPLACE your order free of charge.
