We do not currently offer gift wrap or packaging.

How can I change my shipping address?

Etsy does not allow for address changes by you our us. Send us a message to request an order cancellation as soon as possible. You will need to place your order again if we are able to cancel your order before it is processed by our shipping department. We cannot guarantee cancellation before your order processes. Our shipping department is very quick and may not receive our request before fulfilling your order. bloom is not liable for any incorrect shipping information at the time of sale.

Can I return my order?

We are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time.

Custom and personalized orders

We do not offer customization or personalization on any of our products at this time.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR STICKER BOOK & IMPORT IT TO GOODNOTES:
Make sure you have the GoodNotes App installed
Make sure you are on your iPad/Tablet and using a WEB BROWSER
You must open the link above in a web browser. You can not open within the Dropbox App or these instructions will not work.
Copy/paste the link above into your web browser
Click the "..." next to the .zip file
In the pop-up window, click "Share" and then "Export the file"
Locate the file and select "Open in GoodNotes"

WHAT IF I'M NOT USING GOODNOTES?
The GoodNotes file has all stickers pre-inserted in booklet form which just makes import a bit easier. Our digital stickers are compatible with all other note-taking apps, though! If you're not using GoodNotes, simply download the folder of individual .PNG sticker images and import those into the PDF reader/application of your choice!

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:
Text documents with a link to download pre-cropped PNGs and a .goodnotes file that contains all stickers in a booklet format for easy copy and paste into your digital planner. Two-page booklets (seasonal packs) will be available directly via Etsy downloads.
