On some lines we may be able to offer wholesale however due to the hand made nature of the products there may be some wait for production and import, any item purchased wholesale would be prohibited from resale on Etsy.

Returns on Free delivery items

Please be aware that any item returned where free postage has been offered will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee unless the item is damaged or faulty.

I have accidentally provided an incorrect address what can I do?

If you have provided an incorrect address please notify us as soon as possible and we will do our best to change the address before your item is dispatched. If however your item has already been dispatched and is returned to us due to an incorrect address a charge will be applied for re-delivery or a 15% restocking fee applied should you no longer wish to have the item. if for any reason an item is lost during transit due to an incorrect address it is with regret that we will be unable to provide any form of refund unless you have paid for an insured delivery service therefore we kindly ask that you fully check your address before submitting your order. Our exclusive range of bird feeders have proven so popular that we have decided to add even more designs to the range this year, introducing our favorite design so far, these unique and quirky hot air balloon birdfeeders are brand new for 2021, we are confident you won't find a bird feeder like this anywhere else!

Designed in-house and then lovingly hand-made by our artisan in Indonesia, The idea is based on our ever-popular tealight holders but this time we wanted to try and offer something a little different, a number of different concepts were thought up trying to design a round cage to house the birdseed (It's not as easy as you'd think when using hand tools and recycled materials) and after a few attempts at different designs, we are now proud to offer this beautiful yet practical work of art.

OUR PACKAGING
If you haven't guessed already, we are passionate about recycling at Modern Vintage. We have worked hard to ensure, where possible, that the packaging we use is 100% recyclable or biodegradable. In fact, the void fill we use is made from GM-free starch and will simply dissolve under running water so it doesn't even need to take up room in your bin!
If you find we have sent your item packaged with something less environmentally friendly, however, it’s simply that we have received something sent to us this way and we’d rather re-use it than throw it away!

We have listened to feedback requesting a fat ball feeder in this design and we are pleased to announce that we have a limited run available for trial this year, the new design can be used as a seed feeder or as a fat ball feeder, the choice is yours.
A flap is fitted to the top to allow you to fill the feeder with whatever seed or nuts you choose and a hook allows for the feeder to be hung.
