We are VAT registered in the UK: VAT No. GB433383991. Prices shown include UK VAT for UK sales. Prices shown for sales outside the UK include 0% export VAT. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders and cover all customs duties and import fees ourselves (Delivered Duty Paid / DDP) — there are no additional shipping or import charges for you to pay, wherever you are.
Delivery Policy
We expect items in stock to be mailed within 3 business days of order date. Made-to-order items that are out of stock can take up to 3 weeks to ship. We will let you know if it will take more than a few days to ship the items. We'll let you know when we ship. The regular mail method is specified below the item description.
Larger orders may be shipped via mail or carrier, depending on destination, size and weight. Individual items ordered may be combined or split into a single parcel.
Royal Mail's estimated mail delivery times:
UK: 1-3 working days from dispatch
EU: 3-9 working days from shipment
Rest of the World: 5-9 business days from shipment
Royal Mail's international delivery estimates are very optimistic, please allow additional time — 2 weeks before you worry. Be aware that delivery times may be extended during public holidays and peak periods.
International deliveries cannot be reported as lost until 20 business days (25 days outside Europe) after Royal Mail's expected delivery date. Shipments to the US are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks, although a few may take longer.
We cover all customs duties and import taxes on international orders ourselves (DDP) — you will not be charged anything extra on delivery, anywhere in the world, and this is already handled on your behalf as part of shipping. It remains your responsibility to check that our products are legally permitted to be imported into your country before ordering.
The Agreed Time for Delivery of Goods (in accordance with the 42nd regulation of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulation 2013) will be as follows:

6 weeks from order date for delivery to UK addresses
15 weeks from order date for delivery to addresses outside the UK

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when ordering. Due to seller protection rules, we will only ship to the address in the order. If a different address is requested after the order, or if the Etsy order address and PayPal delivery address do not match, we will unfortunately have to cancel the order and start over.
Refund Policy
We are a small family business that takes pride in our creations and wants our customers to enjoy them as much as we do. We are always ready to talk reasonably with reasonable people, but we have to specify a few terms and conditions (policies) to satisfy the law and protect ourselves from unreasonable people.
In the manufacture of our products, we use quality materials that are environmentally friendly, keeping the comfort of your feet ahead. We think that our products will be used comfortably for a long time in reasonable use. Thanks to its antibacterial structure, it protects the health of your feet. Thanks to the high quality materials we use, its colour does not deteriorate for a long time.

All of our consumer sales on Etsy.com are subject to British law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Surcharges) Regulations 2013. Laws and regulations are complex and confusing. We have tried to explain simply how we protect your consumer rights, but please contact us if you have any questions.
Right of Cancellation:
The customer may cancel the order for any reason (including dissatisfaction with the colour or size error) until the end of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to the customer, but this period can be extended as a gift if desired (please contact us via Etsy Conversations for a deal before ordering).
Please notify us in writing of the cancellation. You must send your cancellation notice by post, email, or Etsy Conversations before the cancellation period expires (sorry, but we don't have a fax facility). We prefer to use Etsy Conversations for all Etsy orders so that contact records are available to Etsy management. You can use the provided Cancellation Form, but this is not mandatory. It is recommended that you keep proof of sending the revocation.
For cancellations, we will refund the order price (including the cost of shipping the product to the customer) within 14 days from the date of cancellation where the goods have not yet been shipped, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you giving us proof of return. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. The customer is responsible for returned items that are not returned, or that are damaged, up to the original order value.
Bundles, multi-buy offers and quantity-discounted items will be counted as one item for refund purposes and will be cancelled in their entirety. Partial cancellation is possible if the customer pays the non-discounted prices, including delivery, as if the uncancelled components were separate items.
If the goods are cancelled after they are sent to the customer, please refuse the delivery and the delivery service will return the parcel to the sender.
Cancelled products already delivered to the customer must be returned within 14 days from the date of cancellation. Please return goods in resalable condition, e.g. original packaging, clean, undamaged and with all tickets still attached. Customers are free to open the packaging and try on the items — we understand that you cannot refold them exactly as shipped. Items that have had swing tickets removed, or that have been washed, will be considered worn and damaged by the customer.
Returns of cancelled products will be arranged by the customer and the costs belong to the customer. Returns are at the customer's risk and customers are encouraged to provide adequate packaging and insurance against loss or damage in transit. A service with proof of shipping and proof of delivery should be used.
Since we cover all customs duties on international deliveries ourselves (DDP), you will not have paid any import duties on your original order, so there is nothing to reclaim on that front. For international returns from outside the UK, please mark the parcel as "RETURNED GOODS" with our VAT number "GB433383991" and attach a completed CN22 or CN23 form together with a copy of our invoice marked "RETURNED GOODS" — this avoids any customs charges being incorrectly applied to the return shipment itself.
If a customer asks us to arrange pickup, they must have the goods available for pickup and the customer will be billed for the direct costs of the return — we cannot guarantee that the cheapest service will be used.
Items that are custom-supplied to the customer's specification cannot be cancelled once the order has been accepted, and cannot be returned for a refund in the event of an unwanted item or a wrong size having been ordered by the customer.
The Right of Cancellation does not apply to commercial buyers.

Defective Goods
Defective goods can be replaced, repaired, or fully or partially refunded. Legal requirements are quite complex, but we take pride in our products and prefer a happy customer, so we will do our best to reasonably rectify any issues.
Please contact us before returning any faulty goods and we will agree on an appropriate course of action, which may include return of the goods at our cost, or alternative action that does not require the goods to be returned. We will not refund shipping costs for unauthorised returns.
Our products are supplied for light-duty recreational use with proper care. We take responsibility for damage caused by manufacturing defects, but not for damage caused by wear and tear, excessive stretching, cutting, abrasion, improper care, heat, prolonged exposure to sunlight, chemicals, staining, unauthorised repair, heavy wear, rough handling or other improper actions.
Additional Information
We can take commissions and make changes in colours and types different from those listed, or take measurements for hard-to-fit sizes — just send us a message. An additional fee may apply for such special items.

Personal Information: Etsy.com stores some customer and order information. We maintain our own records of customers, addresses and sales as necessary for UK tax and accounting purposes. We operate from the UK mainland and all sales are subject to English law; disputes can be resolved in the English courts. The language used will be English. The basis of all values is British Pound. Dispute resolution can also be provided through PayPal, Etsy or card providers, depending on the payment method used.
These policies do not affect the legal rights of the customer. We are under a legal obligation to supply goods that conform to the contract.
Etsy listing pages are an "invitation to treat" by ClogsUksystem, not an "offer". The customer's order and payment constitute an "offer"; no contract is created until order acceptance or shipment of goods, whichever is earlier. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Purchase of goods is subject to availability.
