I use only natural threads: cotton, linen, and jute. All of them are recyclable.

I do my best to minimize plastic in packaging. However, I can’t completely avoid using plastic tape or outer envelopes — they help protect parcels from moisture. The inner packaging is recyclable and may include cardboard, shavings, paper, and natural cord.

• Recently I’ve returned to using the regular national postal service for most shipments — now it seems to be the best possible option. • I may still use combined shipping: by consolidated shipment from Ukraine to a prep center in the USA/Poland and then by one of the local mail services to your address. Usually, I provide a tracking number only for the second step (it becomes active once the parcel departs the prep center), but tracking for the first step can also be added upon request. • Express delivery may still be available depending on the country. There are no flights from Ukraine at the moment. For consolidation and express, my shipping partner sends parcels by ground to Poland, and from there they fly with FedEx, UPS, or DHL.

Standard delivery takes 1–4 weeks depending on the destination, but seasonal delays may occur. If you need your parcel by a specific date (especially soon), please contact me to confirm the timeline and clarify details.

I carefully choose shades that won’t fade after washing and will keep looking like new for a long time, if you follow a few simple care rules: All doilies (except the largest models over 60 cm in diameter) depending on their size are shipped rolled (larger ones) in a tube or packed flat (smaller ones) in a box to prevent creases. Hand wash only, in cool or slightly warm water. Dry flat on a smooth surface, pinned in place; thin lace doilies may be ironed, while textured ones should not. Snowflakes are gift-wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in cardboard boxes for safe delivery. Washing is not recommended, as they may lose their shape. If needed, wash gently by hand in cool water, then stiffen with starch and pin until fully dry.
