Please send your photo to hello@riverry.com with your order number. Please note that during the holiday season our Etsy message response time is extended. Sending your photo in Etsy message may delay your order.

Will I receive proof?

Yes, we will send you the proof once the artwork is ready. You can approve your artwork for shipment or request revisions.

Can you merge multiple photos into one painting?

Our standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days. During the holiday season our turnaround time extend to 5-9 business days. Please note that the turnaround time doesn't include the shipping time. Shipping will take around 3-5 days to arrive for US orders. International orders may take 1-2 week to arrive.

5. Once you approve the artwork we'll ship out the print

This is my fourth pet portrait from this seller. The work is terrific, the colors vibrant and just a high quality portrait. I've given two as gifts and ordered two for myself of my dogs. I especially love the ones on paper that I had framed (as opposed to canvas, though that one is great too!) Highly recommend!
