HOW TO ORDER

• Choose your metal.
• In the Personalization Box, please include what initial (or number/symbol) you'd like on each disc. See the last two images for all options. We will stamp the initials in uppercase, unless specifically requested otherwise. If choosing Font 8, we strongly recommend uppercase for this piece due to it's small size, as the lowercase in this font is a bit too small to clearly read for some characters. If you would like us to use lowercase anyways, please leave us a note specifically request it in the Personalization Box. Don't simply type it lowercase, please leave a note specifically requesting lowercase to avoid confusion, thanks!

Adding this charm to a NOLIA chain? Look for this in the details section of the chain listing you are looking at: "Charm compatible: this chain is compatible with our add-on charms!" If it's there, you can mix and match any of our charms on that chain!

Adding this charm to your own chain? Please note that the inner diameter of the ring on this disc is 3.5mm. If you want it to slide on easily, I highly suggest measuring the width of the ring/loop at the end of your chain to make sure they will work together. If the end of your chain will not fit through that size ring, they can also be gently opened with pliers and attached to your chain.

• 100% Quality 14k Gold Filled: much more durable and longer lasting than any gold plated items. Gold filled is a thick layer of solid 14k gold, 100x thicker than gold plate, that has been pressure bonded over brass. It will not turn your fingers green and can get wet without worry of fading. It is a great, affordable alternative to solid 14k gold, but much longer lasting than gold plated items.

• Other metals we offer for most of our items: 100% Quality Sterling Silver (.925), 14k Rose Gold Filled, Solid 14k Yellow Gold or Solid 14k Rose Gold.

• All of our raw metals are sourced from within the USA.

• We love options! Gemstone pieces will all have the choice to be made from a lab created gemstone or a natural gemstone. If you don't see the option on your listing, message us for alternative options!

• Orders are never shipped with pricing info, so you will never have to worry about sending it directly to the recipient! If you would like to include a gift message as well, select the "This is a Gift" option during checkout and include your message in that box. We will include the note in the package along with the jewelry in a custom, branded jewelry box.

• Gift wrapping is available for an additional $5. This will include gift wrapping and bow, ready to gift! This upgrade is available during checkout. Please note that unless otherwise requested, multiple items in the same order may be combined into one gift wrapped box. If the items are meant for separate individuals, please let me know and we will wrap them separately.

• Please note that the processing time is separate from the shipping time. Processing time is the amount of time it takes for us to create your beautiful new jewelry. Shipping times will vary depending on the destination and the shipping method you choose at checkout.
